Rafael Pardo realizó su inscripción oficial para la candidatura a la Alcaldía de Bogotá

En medio de cientos de simpatizantes quienes se hicieron presentes en la sede de la Registraduría Nacional, su familia así como representantes y seguidores de los partidos Liberal, Movimiento Mira y partido de la U, Rafael Pardo ex ministro de Trabajo, oficializó su candidatura a la Alcaldía de Bogotá.

El candidato expresó que, de ser electo comprometerá en tres aspectos básicos,  tener una sociedad más igualitaria, hacer de Bogotá el entorno ideal para lograr desarrollar los proyectos que se llevarían a cabo bajo su administración y poner al gobierno del lado de los ciudadanos, ‘Estos propósitos implican cambios profundos en nuestra manera de actuar como individuos y como sociedad y son cambios profundos en la manera de concebir la acción del Estado’, agregó.

En el acto, Pardo quien también estuvo acompañado por el ex presidente Cesar Gaviria, manifestó que es importante que existan reglas iguales para todos, y que la respuesta ante las problemáticas que aquejan a la ciudad, es simple, firmeza, serenidad y gerencia, ‘El Alcalde debe ser el líder de una nueva sociedad más igualitaria, más respetuosa de las reglas de convivencia, el gerente de una sociedad más abierta y equitativa, por esas razones hoy vengo a comprometerme con los ciudadanos’.

En materia de seguridad, el candidato afirmó que está debe ser la columna vertebral de una ciudad moderna y competitiva, y por ello su estrategia se verá complementada con la creación de una Guardia Urbana, la cual  se espera que con cinco mil hombres y mujeres profesionales, escogidos por concurso, atenderán las contravenciones contempladas en el Código de Policía.

‘A mí como a ustedes, también me han despertado vecinos ruidosos; me molesta ver la basura en las calles, un carro parqueado en el andén, que no recojan los desechos de animales de compañía, ver los postes y las paredes públicas llenas de afiches comerciales; a mí como a ustedes, también me molesta, me incomoda, me angustia el daño que le hacen al ambiente los buses chimenea. A mí como a ustedes me indigna el maltrato a los animales y que no pase nada’, expresó el candidato.
