Jóvenes barristas de Santa Fe y Millonarios de la localidad
fueron los beneficiarios

En el marco del proyecto “Comprometidos con la convivencia y la seguridad del territorio local”, y desde la convicción de que se debe favorecer que la comunidad tenga oportunidades de desarrollo, la Alcaldía local aportó 13 millones de pesos a cada barra, en bonos e insumos, para hacer viable el proyecto empresarial, ejecutado por Fundación S.XXI. La experiencia inició con la inscripción de los beneficiarios y la entrega de un pre-proyecto en relación con la empresa a conformar, seguido de un proceso de capacitación en plan de negocios.
 
Durante 2 semanas, con una intensidad de tres horas diarias, los jóvenes recibieron lineamientos por parte de docentes especialistas en el tema. Además, contaron con el acompañamiento de gestores de emprendimiento del SENA, entidad que se vinculó desde el programa “Jóvenes a lo Bien”, gracias a la gestión de Ruth Nelly Gutiérrez, líder regional de emprendimiento y empresarismo regional Bogotá.
 
Sobre esta base cada grupo formuló su proyecto, contemplando estudios de viabilidad técnica, organizacional, legal y financiera, visualizando de forma integral cada negocio planteado. Luego, se dio paso a la formalización de las empresas, mediante la realización de los trámites pertinentes ante Cámara de Comercio, Dian y entidad bancaria, para dar vida legal a las empresas.
 
Los jóvenes de la barra de Santa Fe constituyeron la Agencia de Viajes Santa Fe de Bogotá SAS, empresa que se dedicará al turismo, para desarrollarlo a nivel local, distrital, nacional y más adelante internacional. Una idea novedosa, planteada por el grupo, es implementar el turismo futbolero, dado que Bogotá cuenta con 3 equipos “grandes” y una experiencia importante en el fútbol aficionado.
 
La iniciariva de los jóvenes barristas de Millonarios gira en torno a la aerografía, sublimación y artes gráficas. El trabajo de esta empresa llamada Gol & Arte SAS, está centrado en el estampado de camisetas, mugs, sombrillas, gorras, portarretratos y todo tipo de material promocional. Así mismo, realizan trabajos artísticos con la técnica de aerografía.
 
Con el apoyo de la Casa de la Juventud Local, y el especial compromiso de su directora, Olga Ibañez, quien facilitó espacios para la capacitación y una estadía temporal de los jóvenes, se dio inicio al proceso productivo, que para el caso de la Agencia Santa Fe de Bogotá, se concretó con el primer tour a Tobia, paraíso del deporte extremo, y para Gol & Arte, con la producción de material promocional, hecho con un gran despliegue de arte y creatividad.
 
El mandatario local, Doctor Iván Ernesto Rojas Guzmán, se mostró complacido y gratificado con el éxito del proyecto; con la buena utilización de los dineros aportados, y al vislumbrar las innumerables opciones que se abren al grupo de beneficiarios.
 
Iniciativas como esta, verdaderamente contribuyen al mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de los habitantes de la localidad, disminuyen los niveles de violencia y conflicto social, y favorecen en los jóvenes la apertura a nuevas formas de interacción con el mundo y las personas.
