A partir del 22 de octubre Transmilenio sube su tarifa 100 pesos

La decisión fue tomada por la Secretaría de Movilidad y la Administración Distrital y busca dar una inyección económica para mejorar el servicio

A pesar de las fallas e inconvenientes que ha presentado el sistema de transporte masivo Transmilenio, la Administración Distrital en cabeza del Alcalde Gustavo Petro anunció que a partir del 22 de octubre el pasaje en TransMilenio así como en los demás buses del Sistema Integrado de Transporte (SITP) subirá 100 pesos.

Se trata del decreto 442 de octubre de 2014 y con la firma de esté quedo estipulada la tarifa en hora valle para TransMilenio la cual se fijó en 1.500 pesos, recordando que estaba en 1.400 pesos. La hora valle va de 8:30 a 9:29 de la mañana, de 3:30 a 4:29 de la tarde y entre las 7:30 de la noche y hasta el cierre de operación. Así mismo los domingos y festivos la hora valle va durante todo el horario de operación. Igualmente la tarifa de los buses del SITP pasará de 1.400 a 1.500 pesos.

Por otra parte para las personas mayores de 62 años, sin importar su estrato social, la tarifa queda en 1.600 pesos en el horario de horas pico, 1.500 en hora valle y 1.350 en el componente zonal del sistema. Hay que tener en cuenta que para este servicio se debe adquirir la tarjeta personalizada.

Así mismo, el decreto mantiene un subsidio del 50 por ciento sobre la tarifa, tomando como base el mayor valor del pasaje, con una asignación máxima de 40 viajes mensuales para las personas mayores de 16 años registradas en las bases de datos del Sisben en la  metodología III, con puntajes entre 0 a 40.

Este anuncio se suma a la decisión de la Alcaldía Mayor de fijar el pico y placa 24 horas para el servicio de transporte público colectivo, esto con el fin de incentivar el uso por parte de los ciudadanos del Sistema Integrado de Transporte.
