En los planes de desarrollo a nivel mundial la importancia de la innovación es una realidad.
 

Este artículo se desarrolla a partir de algunas definiciones relacionadas con la innovación, pretende establecer la diferencia entre novedad e innovación, con el fin de clarificar su significado y su relevancia en la productividad y competitividad del país.

 

Actualmente se escucha por todos los medios la palabra innovación, es innovador esto, es innovador aquello, yo soy innovador, lo es mi banco, mi celular, mi manera de vestir, o lo que sea, cualquier cosa…
 
¿Pero sabemos realmente que es la innovación? Suele decirse que lo innovador es lo novedoso, pero ¿realmente lo es?
 
De aquí la importancia de establecer la diferencia entre Novedad e Innovación, términos que tienden a ser confundidos.
 
Según la Academia Española de la Lengua se define como novedad: “La cualidad de nuevo, el cambio producido en algo, un suceso reciente, una noticia.” Como innovación se define la “acción y efecto de innovar,” entendido como la creación o modificación de un producto y su introducción en un mercado. (Real Academia española de la Lengua, 2001)
 
Ya desde las definiciones se empieza a vislumbrar la diferencia, mientras la novedad parte de un adjetivo que califica al sujeto como nuevo, la innovación es una acepción verbal, que implica una serie de acciones: creación o cambio y aceptación.
 
A pesar de partir de lo nuevo, la diferencia entre novedad e innovación está entonces en la introducción en el mercado, aun más en la aceptación de esa novedad por parte de los usuarios.
 
La palabra innovación fue acuñada por el economista austriaco-estadounidense Joseph Alois Schumpeter en la primera mitad del siglo XX, quien dentro de sus investigaciones sobre el ciclo económico, destacó el papel de la innovación como determinante del aumento y la disminución de la prosperidad de las empresas. Desde este punto de vista la innovación no se limita a los productos, si no que se extiende a los procesos y a los servicios. Afirma Shumpeter que la innovación comprende la introducción de un nuevo producto o proceso que aporte elementos diferenciadores respecto a otros productos similares existentes hasta en el momento en el mercado, la apertura de un nuevo mercado en un país o una región, el descubrimiento de una nueva fuente de materias primas o productos intermedios.(Schumpeter, 1934)
 
La globalización implica que se maneje una terminología universal para hacer posible el entendimiento entre las naciones. A tal efecto la Organización para la Cooperación y el Desarrollo Económico (OCDE) define la innovación como “La implementación de un producto (bien o servicio) nuevo o significativamente mejorado, un proceso, un método de mercadeo nuevo, o un método organizacional nuevo en las prácticas empresariales, la organización del trabajo o las relaciones externas.” (OCDE, 2005) Esta es la definición oficialmente aceptada por el gobierno colombiano para sus relaciones de mercado internacionales.
 
Se entiende por mercadeo, el conjunto de operaciones por las que ha de pasar un producto, desde su origen hasta llegar al consumidor, incluyendo su comercialización, es entonces de vital importancia para las naciones concientizarse de la necesidad de entrar competitivamente al comercio global a través de productos ampliamente aceptados en el mercado, es decir, productos innovadores.
 
Si bien es cierto que el camino que lleva a la innovación debe recorrerse de tal modo que las posibilidades de rechazo en el mercado sean prácticamente inexistentes, deben tenerse presente otros aspectos para garantizar su aceptación en el mercado globalizado actual, cada día más competitivo. Así lo concibe el Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología de Colombia al definir la innovación como “El proceso mediante el cual la sociedad extrae del conocimiento beneficios económicos, ambientales y sociales.” (CNCYT, 2009) Esta definición, reconocida como una de las más acertadas a nivel mundial, hace énfasis en los beneficios obtenidos por la innovación, no solo en el campo económico, sino abarcando un espectro mucho más amplio. La innovación social busca resultados de afectación que la aplicación del conocimiento pueda causar en la mejora de la calidad de vida de una comunidad, constituyéndose en un factor de progreso. La innovación ambiental, desarrolla procesos innovadores en si mismos, teniendo presente que sean sustentables y sostenibles a través del impacto que puedan causar en el medio.
 
Debido a los avances tecnológicos de los últimos años, el desarrollo de las empresas, las organizaciones, las comunidades y los paises, se logra gracias a la difusión, aplicación y sistematización de conocimientos creados nacionalmente u obtenidos internacionalmente. El proceso de aprendizaje es potencialmente más rápido y la socialización de los avances científicos y tecnológicos, a través de redes entre comunidades, casi inmediata. Una nación que participe activamente, cree y se apropie del conocimiento, es capaz de asimilar y aprovechar estos avances para convertirse en una nación innovadora, haciéndose más más competitiva, lo que le permetirá elevar la calidad de vida de sus habitantes a todo nivel.
 
A pesar de lo novedoso que parezca un producto, un proceso o un servicio, solo será posible determinar si es innovador cuando la sociedad lo entienda y lo acepte, la empresa muestre la rentabilidad obtenida en su comercialización o aplicación, la industria se vea beneficiada en términos de productividad y las ventas sean reales en un mercado determinado.
 
No siempre lo novedoso es innovador al igual que no siempre lo innovador es novedoso, pero es innegable que la novedad aumenta las posibilidades de competitividad y de aceptación que llevan por definición a la innovación.
 

Colombia debe procurarse mecanismos propios y adecuados a su particularidad productiva para adecuarse a las políticas del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo si se quiere llegar a la meta de ser uno de los 3 paises más competitivos de America Latina para el año 2032. Es esta la razón por la que desde diferentes espacios académicos se generan proyectos que lleven al país a exportar bienes y servicios de alto valor agregado e innovación, que es el mecanismo propuesto en la Politica Nacional de Productividad y Competitividad, para alcanzar la meta.

 
Buscando un mecanismo que permita facilitar y acelerar el proceso, desde el programa de Diseño Industrial de la Universidad Autónoma de Colombia, se ha formulado la Metodología para la Evaluación del Diseño de Productos Innovadores, MEPI. Dicha metodología consiste en una serie de parámetros ordenados y categorizados con sus respectivos indicadores, de tal forma que permiten la evaluación de todo tipo de proyectos de diseño. Específicamente de productos innovadores.

We must walk in the Spirit so we may not fulfill the lusts of the flesh, being hatred, fornication, drunkenness and the like. Whoever practices such things will not inherit the kingdom (Galatians 5:16-26). If we sin, we may come before Jesus to ask for forgiveness (1 John 2:1-2). Evil thoughts are not sins, but rather temptations. It is not until these thoughts conceive and give birth by our own desires that they become sin (James 1:12-15). When we sin, we become in the likeness of the devil’s image, for he who sins is of the devil (1 John 3:8); but if we obey Jesus, in the image of God. For without holiness, we shall not see the Lord (Hebrews 12:14).

    The oldest religion in the world is holiness through faith (James 1:27). What religion did Adam and Eve follow before the fall? Jesus, Who became the last Adam, what religion does He follow? Is He not holy? He never told us to follow the rituals and traditions of man but to take up our cross and follow Him (Luke 9:23). There are many false doctrines being taught leading people astray. This is why we need the Holy Spirit for discernment. Unlike religion, holiness cannot be created. It is given to us from above by the baptism of the Spirit. Jesus is more than a religion; He is about having a personal relationship with the Father. Start by reading the Gospel of Matthew, to hear the words of God, to know His character and commandments.     I want to pass along some very important news that everyone needs to hear!

    In December of 2017, Donald Trump made history by recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. Why is this big news? Because by this the Jewish people of Israel are now able to press forward in bringing about the Third Temple prophesied in the Bible.

    Jewish Rabbis have publicly announced that their Messiah will be revealed in the coming years who will be a leader and spiritual guide to all nations, gathering all religions under the worship of one God.

    Biblical prophecy tells us that this Jewish Messiah who will take the stage will be the antichrist «who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God» (2 Thessalonians 2:4). For a time he will bring about a false peace, but «Therefore when you see the ‘abomination of desolation,’ spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place (Matthew 24:15)…then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be» (Matthew 24:21).

    More importantly, the power that runs the world wants to put a RFID microchip in our body making us total slaves to them. This chip matches perfectly with the Mark of the Beast in the Bible, more specifically in Revelation 13:16-18:

    «He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

    Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666.»

    Referring to the last days, this could only be speaking of a cashless society, which we have yet to see, but are heading towards. Otherwise, we could still buy or sell without the mark amongst others if physical money was still currency. This Mark couldn’t be spiritual because the word references two different physical locations. If it was spiritual it would just say in the forehead. RFID microchip implant technology will be the future of a one world cashless society containing digital currency. It will be implanted in the right-hand or the forehead, and we cannot buy or sell without it. Revelation 13:11-18 tells us that a false prophet will arise on the world scene doing miracles before men, deceiving them to receive this Mark. Do not be deceived! We must grow strong in Jesus. AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT TAKE IT!

    People have been saying the end is coming for many years, but we needed two key things. One, the Third Temple, and two, the technology for a cashless society to fulfill the prophecy of the Mark of the Beast.
