Semana Distrital del Buen Trato

El Acuerdo 329 de 2008 institucionaliza la Semana Distrital del Buen Trato en Bogotá que se lleva a cabo anualmente, iniciando el 19 de noviembre (Día internacional para la prevención del abuso contra los niños) y finalizando el 25 de noviembre (Día internacional de la eliminación de la violencia contra la mujer).

La Semana Distrital del Buen Trato tiene como objetivo promover acciones pedagógicas y campañas de sensibilización pública, para reconocer y prevenir situaciones de violencia intrafamiliar y sexual, generando conciencia ciudadana sobre la importancia de dar y recibir buen trato, como eje de mejoramiento para la convivencia y la prevención de la violencia, principalmente contra las niñas, los niños y las mujeres.

La Secretaría de Integración Social a través del Consejo Distrital para la Atención Integral a Víctimas de Violencia Intrafamiliar, Violencia y Explotación Sexual es la encargada de la coordinación y realización de la Semana Distrital del Buen Trato. Para el año 2014 se definió como objetivo de esta semana: Fortalecer las capacidades y liderazgos de quienes desarrollan procesos y acciones de prevención y atención frente a la violencia intrafamiliar, violencia y explotación sexual y consolidar una respuesta uniforme frente a los procesos y acciones del Distrito para la Construcción de Entornos Protectores y Territorios Seguros. Las temáticas abordadas fueron:

a) Buenas prácticas en materia de prevención a nivel nacional.

b) Impacto del fortalecimiento de las redes comunitarias para prevenir y detectar las violencias.

c) Pautas para la construcción de entornos libres de violencias.

d) Consecuencias de una ciudad que no previene, atiende o sanciona las violencias de manera oportuna y efectiva.

e) Control social efectivo de las violencias y los factores que las general y mantienen.

f) La responsabilidad social empresarial frente a la prevención de las violencias.

g) Reconocimiento de acciones de prevención en Entornos Protectores y Territorios Seguros.

En el mismo año (2014), a través del proceso de prevención del Consejo Distrital se definió como objetivo de la Semana Distrital del Buen Trato:

  • Movilización de más de 10.000 personas en todas las localidades de Bogotá: A través de los referentes de Familia de Secretaría de Integración se coordinaron y desarrollaron de las actividades lúdicas previstas en el Acuerdo 329 de 2008. Las actividades desarrolladas se construyeron en el marco de los Consejos Locales y contaron con la participación y articulación de entidades desde el nivel local como ICBF, Secretaría de la Mujer, Hospitales, Fiscalía General de la Nación, entre otras.
  • #YoProtejo tendencia en redes sociales: A través de la página en facebook del Consejo Distrital y la cuenta en twitter de la Semana Distrital del Buen Trato se logró posicionar el hashtag #YoProtejo y el tema de Entornos PROTECTORES Y Territorios Seguros a través de las redes sociales. También se contó con el cubrimiento de algunos eventos de la Semana Distrital del Buen Trato por parte de medios como Canal Capital, Cityty y Caracol.
  • Graduación de 400 Gestoras y Gestores de Entornos Protectores y Territorios Seguros: En el marco de los procesos de prevención desarrollados por el equipo de prevención de la Subdirección para la Familia y los referentes de familia se graduaron 400 gestores y gestoras de Entornos Protectores y Territorios Seguros.
  • Participación de más 700 personas en eventos académicos: En el marco de la Semana Distrital del Buen Trato se desarrollaron dos eventos académicos: el Seminario Internacional de Entornos Protectores y Territorios Seguros los días 20 y 21 de noviembre; y el Taller Nacional y Distrital de Buenas Prácticas de Entornos Protectores y Territorios Seguros el día 25 de noviembre. Los eventos contaron ponentes nacionales e internacionales y con la participación de más de 700 personas.
  • Articulación para el desarrollo de actividades: Articulación de los Consejos Locales, Redes de Buen Trato y entidades locales que atienden la problemática. Así como también, articulación con todas las Subdirecciones Poblacionales de la Secretaría Distrital de Integración Social.
  • Graduación de 717 Policiales en el Instructivo de atención a mujeres víctimas de violencias: En el marco del proceso “Taller de formación en Gé- nero, Derecho de las mujeres a una vida libre de violencias y competencias de la Policía en la atención a mujeres víctimas de violencia” desarrollado por la Secretaria de Integración Social y la Secretaría para la Mujer se llevó a cabo la graduación de 717 policiales.
  • Participación de más de 2.500 personas en la Movilización de Entonos Protectores y Territorios Seguros por un transcurrir vital libre de violencias contra las mujeres.
  • Desarrollo de actividades locales: Realización de eventos institucionales, por Gestores y Gestoras de los procesos de formación como Clínica Juan N. Corpas, Jardines Infantiles, Centros de Acogida, Colegios Distritales, Veeduría, EPS Sanitas, entre otros.
  • Distribución de más de 6000 piezas de comunicación de la Semana del Buen Trato: Manillas, carpetas, libretas, rutas, esferos y chalecos.
